My name is Yahshar and I started MasterCleanseAnswers.com in July of 2010. My family and I have been practicing Natural Health Care for over 60 years combined. We were labeled extreme for participating in Holistic practices that have since become popular today.

The purpose of this site is to explain the ins and outs of the Master Cleanse in plain english so you can easily determine if it’s right for you. In addition, my free email course offers some great insight into the cleanse practice, as well as tips and things to look out for.
